Delivery Information
We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping options, costs, and delivery times. Please note, we are not responsible for your parcel once the it has been shipped. If parcels go missing, we are not responsible as we utilise the exact address shared at checkout by yourselves. Please remember to double check you have put down the correct address.
Packaging
At By Sahara, we believe in sustainability down to the details. That’s why our packaging is 100% recyclable and reusable. Each piece is thoughtfully wrapped in eco-friendly materials, ensuring your order arrives beautifully, without compromising the planet.
1. Pre-Order Information

Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of shipping.

Please note: If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. We provide estimated shipping dates for pre-orders, but please be aware that delays in manufacturing can sometimes occur and are unfortunately out of our control.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our small team works hard to ensure your experience is as seamless and thoughtful as possible. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping dates are subject to change.


2. Delivery Options
  • Standard UK Delivery
  • Cost: Free for UK customers
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days once your order has been dispatched. Date at check out is once your item has been shipped.
  • International Delivery
    • Cost: Varies depending on selected location. Please refer to checkout for the calculated shipping cost for your region.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 business days depending on location.
3. Pre-Order Shipping Details
  • Please allow additional time for delivery based on your selected shipping option.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or issues with couriers may affect your delivery time. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at bysaharaclothing@outlook.com for assistance. We also cannot be held responsible for missing/lost parcels as all items are sent tracked to the address provided on the order.
6. Customs and duty fees
Please note: It is the customers responsibility for all custom and duty fees as we do not include these fees in our shipping prices. If an item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the second postage cost to have the item resent to them.

7. Order Cancellations.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we cannot cancel your order, so please take time and consideration when making a purchase with us and remember to read through all policies.
