We are excited to offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.

1. Pre-Order Information

As a small, slow fashion business, many of our items are pre-order/made to order.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives. We provide estimated shipping dates for pre-orders, but please be aware that delays in manufacturing can sometimes occur and are unfortunately out of our control.We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our small team works hard to ensure your experience is as seamless and thoughtful as possible. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping dates are subject to change.

2. Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery

Cost: Free for UK customers
Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days once your order has been dispatched. Date at check out is once your item has been shipped.

International Delivery

Cost: Varies depending on selected location. Please refer to checkout for the calculated shipping cost for your region.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-15 business days depending on location. This is from the time of dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please allow a few days for the tracking to activate

Delivery Delays

Please note, we are unable to be responsible for courier delays, timelines for shipping are just a guide and items may take longer than this due to various reasons. We are unable to replace or refund missing parcels.

Customs & duty fees

Please note: It is the customers responsibility for all custom and duty fees as we do not include these fees in our shipping prices. If an item is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the second postage cost to have the item resent to them. If an item is refused at customs, these parcels are often destroyed and we are therefore unable to be responsible for these, so please bear this in mind.

Order Cancellations.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we cannot cancel your order due to the made to order aspect of most pieces, so please take time and consideration when making a purchase with us and remember to read through all policies.
