We want you to love your By Sahara purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied or the item does not work for you, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We currently only offer returns for gift cards/exchanges.

Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bysaharaclothing@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount (including on free UK shipping).
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at bysaharaclothing@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we’ve received and inspected the original item, we will send out the exchange. Shipping for exchanges is complimentary depending on location.
