Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your By Sahara purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely the item does not work for you, we offer returns for gift cards or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. We currently only offer returns for gift cards/exchanges, not refunds.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international exchanges or returns. We are unable to cancel orders once placed, so please take time and consideration when placing an order with us. Thank you for supporting slow fashion! 

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bysaharaclothing@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the total refund amount (including on free UK shipping).

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability for UK orders. Any international exchanges, the buyer will have to pay for the exchange shipping.

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team at bysaharaclothing@outlook.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once we’ve received and inspected the original item, we will send out the exchange. Shipping for exchanges is complimentary depending on location.

Faulty Items

Our pieces are delicately crafted and require gentle handling. We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a genuinely faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition for a return or exchange. We do not accept returns for faults caused by wear, improper care, or accidental damage or worn items in general. We can only accept a faulty return if the item has not been worn.
