Returns and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your By Sahara purchase. As a slow fashion brand operating mostly on a pre-order model, each piece is made especially for you. For this reason, we are only able to offer returns for store credit or exchanges.

Returns & Store Credit

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange only.
• Customers are limited to one exchange per order/store credit. Once items have been exchanged they are not eligible for a return any longer.

To initiate a return, please email bysaharaclothing@outlook.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note:

• Items sent back without an approved return request may be returned to sender.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total store credit issued (including orders with free UK shipping).

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability.

• Exchanges are available for UK orders only.
• For international exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
• Exchanges will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international returns or exchanges. Please take care when placing your order, and feel free to reach out prior to purchasing if you need sizing advice.Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after purchase. Please ensure all order details are correct before checking out. 

Final Sale Items

• All last chance items are final sale and are only eligible for size exchange, subject to availability.
• Any items purchased using a discount code or flash sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Faulty Items

Our pieces are delicately crafted and require gentle handling.

• We do not accept returns for items that have been worn where buttons or trims have come loose, as this is considered wear or handling damage.
• All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch.
• We will not replace items that have had buttons fallen off once worn. The sheer number of buttons on our pieces means each piece is incredibly delicate and is to be handled with care.
• Any fault final sale items will be replaced but they cannot be refunded.

If you believe you have received a genuinely faulty item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• We do not accept faulty returns for issues caused by wear, improper care, accidental damage, or general use. Faulty returns can only be accepted if the item has not been worn.
